Podp\u00edsan\u00edm pracovnej zmluvy vznik\u00e1 medzi zamestnancom a zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom pracovnopr\u00e1vny vz\u0165ah, ktor\u00fd sa mus\u00ed riadi\u0165 pr\u00e1vami a povinnos\u0165ami oboch str\u00e1n.
