Tak to bolo dohodnut\u00e9 v N\u00e1jomnej zmluve. Ak by v priestoroch bola ale v\u00fdrobn\u00e1 prev\u00e1dzka, kadern\u00edctvo, re\u0161taur\u00e1cia- vtedy by prirodzene tento jednoduch\u00fd prepo\u010det vody na po\u010det os\u00f4b v priestore fungova\u0165 nemohol. Ak teda idete do nov\u00fdch priestorov, alebo uzatv\u00e1rate nov\u00fa N\u00e1jomn\u00fa zmluvu, potom toto majte na pam\u00e4ti. Spotreba tepla je tie\u017e v mojom pr\u00edpade prepo\u010d\u00edtan\u00e1 na metre \u0161tvorcov\u00e9 prenajatej plochy. Prirodzene ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 pr\u00e1vo vidie\u0165 vstupn\u00e9 fakt\u00fary za dod\u00e1vky plynu a kalkul\u00e1ciu ceny za teplo. T\u00fdch fakt\u00far je viac a tak ch\u00e1pem, \u017ee netvoria pr\u00edlohu fakt\u00fary vy\u00fa\u010dtovania- no musia by\u0165 k nahliadnutiu! Spotreba elektrickej energie je najviac diskutovanou polo\u017ekou. Prirodzene \u017ee naj\u010distej\u0161\u00edm a najlep\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm by bolo samostatn\u00e9 meranie. To zaiste uzn\u00e1te, \u017ee v objekte so 40 kancel\u00e1riami je nere\u00e1lnou vecou. Ako teda plati\u0165 a pritom nema\u0165 pocit, \u017ee plat\u00edm za niekoho. Op\u00e4\u0165 je to vecou zmluvn\u00e9ho dojednania, Prenaj\u00edmate\u013e prenaj\u00edma priestory na za\u010diatku s vykalkulovanou cenou pre be\u017en\u00fa prev\u00e1dzku kancel\u00e1rie, ktor\u00fa sme pri podpise zmluvy akceptovali. \u010co ak ale pr\u00edde nedoplatok ? Je ve\u013emi ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00e9, ak sa to rie\u0161i a\u017e na konci roka. Zodpovedn\u00fd prenaj\u00edmate\u013e si predsa ka\u017ed\u00fd mesiac urob\u00ed kalkul\u00e1ciu vstupn\u00fdch n\u00e1kladov, urob\u00ed odpo\u010dty elektromerov, vodomerov, plynomerov a zist\u00ed \u010di z\u00e1lohy posta\u010duj\u00fa, Ak nie- je niekde probl\u00e9m : M\u00e1 ho rie\u0161i\u0165 hne\u010f.
